(introducing the part of the system that judges everything)

Enter the Quality Gate Agent — the bouncer of the whole operation. Its job is to keep bad answers out and customer happiness in. Unlike earlier versions, this one is self‑correcting. If a user asks a question we’ve never seen before, the system generates a plan, produces an answer, and then the Quality Gate checks whether that answer is… well… embarrassing.

If it is, the module diagnoses the failure, mutters something about “standards”, and runs the whole process again. It’s like having a tiny QA engineer living inside the pipeline, except it doesn’t need coffee or complain about Jira.
